can not save changes to copyright text in Highend Options/Footer Layout

    I changed the copyright text in Layout Settings/Footer Layout, clicked on “Save Changes”; I did not receive any confirmation or error message, but when the page is reloaded the old text is still there.

    I also try to change Text in the header layout with the same result.

    I am using WordPress 6.3.1 and Highend 3.9.2
