Removing E-mail and URL Fields in Comment Form

Hello, I’m currently using the Highend Theme, and I would like to know how to remove the E-mail and URL input fields from the Comment form. If possible, I’d also like to allow comment authors to use a password for deletion instead. Do you have any information? Thank you always.
