Presentation slide #1 wont scroll down

    The presentation slide #1 wont scroll down, I have to use the dots to turn to the 2nd slide and then, I cant scroll back up to the first slide. All the other slides work just fine. I tried deleting it and swapping the order of slides. I searched the forum but didnt find a similar issue.
