Hide Team Member Featured Image

I am having trouble hiding the featured image for team members as seen here: https://mbmwealth.com/team/andrew-mccluer/

I found and clicked the box marked “Hide Featured Image” under “General Settings” but the image is still appearing on the page after updating. I’ve also added the following CSS to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS input and the image still appears.

What am I doing wrong?
