Change Words for Comment Area

    Hello. At the end of each blog post at the comment section I have the words:

    LEAVE A REPLY
    I Respond to All Comments

    In Highend Options>Blog Settings>Comment Form Description I see that I can change the part where it says I Respond to All Comments. How do I change the words LEAVE A REPLY to read as another message?
