Trying to get a contents menu down the side of my homepage

Hi HB-Themes,

I’ve been trying to get a contents menu down the right hand side of my page, underneath what I would like to be a short little logo video which loops, stretched across the page (I’ve used a slider to do this but I’m still not quite happy with the smoothness of the loop.) I’ve included a link to the page so far as well as attaching an image of how I want it to look. I feel like this a simple thing I’m perhaps not getting… I’ve been chipping away at all these little things for weeks now and still don’t feel I’ve even scratched the surface. Please help as soon you can.
