Bottom padding issues?

Greetings Brilliant Ones!

I have googled my brains out and can’t seem to fix my issue. My brain has grown building my site – but this issue is clearly beyond my paygrade – lol! I would love to benefit from your geniuseseses :)!

First padding issue: I replaced stock icons from my site library with some custom icons as SVG images. Figured out how to get SVG on there – and now there’s all sorts of lovely padding below the images – I would like the text to be almost directly beneath the icons.

Specific pages of issue: home page and portfolio (3 colorful icons – commercial, business, entertainment)

Second padding issue – my footer image is perfect on every single platform except mobile phone in portfolio mode only – in that mode, there’s a big old chunk of bottom padding there.

Any ideas on coding to change these?
