Changing the font size and color of Button

    How do I change the font size and font color on “Button”? I’ve tried this in custom CSS, but it has no effect.

    .vc_btn3.vc_btn3-size-lg
    font-size: 24px;
    padding-top: 18px;
    padding-bottom: 18px;
    padding-left: 25px;
    padding-right: 25px;
    }
