Remove that default navigation/title line in a Custom Title over an image

Doing a Thank You Page where the Page title appears over an image, but a third “navigation line” appears. I attached a pic so you can see the issue.

I can’t seem to remove the third line Home>get-your-free-quote>Thank-you; I know it is something simple, but I cannot figure out how to hide that 3rd line. Please advise what I need to do to hide it.

I also attached some pics of my settings on the page, hoping that it is something obvious I cannot see.
