Circle chart – turn off entrance cue

Hello – is there a way to make it so the circle chart appears on the page without an entrance cue of the page having to be scrolled to that element first? For example, if a circle chart exists on a page that doesn’t require a scroll, the circle chart never gets displayed because you cannot scroll anywhere on the page.
