Issue the Gravatar / Profile picture- informed its a theme issue

I have one more new issue. I have been informed as well that my gravatar issue is with the theme as well.

My gravatar is not transferring to my website profile/ emails etc.

On “edit my profile” , the profile picture is not there. when I go to update the picture, it brings me to the gravatar website (https://en.gravatar.com/) and its all set up correctly.

this has been an issue since nearly the beginning of using these theme (several years), I just never looked into it.
