SITE READING “UNDER CONSTRUCTION” ON MOBILE PHONE

hello,

some inconsistencies here…
for one week our new website with highend theme, using chrome on the developer’s desktop, is working fine while we tweak it. no issues here.

however, in normal search for the site using chrome and site NAME on any other device the site can’t be found. but when we use the URL for a chrome search it’s under construction on a pixel phone and on a laptop.

in safari using the URL, on both the developer’s desktop, the laptop, and an apple phone the site can’t be found.

we have never activated the construction page though we did add a completion date as we were configuring everything. is that how you activate the construction page = by adding a date ?

any ideas ? is it simply…it takes more than a week for the www to find new sites ?
