ESS Grid Images not Uploading from Media Library

When I create a new ESS Grid Object (“Tile”) , and I link an image from WP Media Library, it does not upload the image to ESS Grid; whether I preview, edit etc.

I can update text but I cannot update pictures. Have tried several combinations and still stuck. Original developer who set up the site agrees – there is a bug/glitch.

Reinstalled WordPress 5.8.1 : Running Highend 3.7.4 with Silder Revolution 6.5.8 and ESS grid 3.0.12 on top of Word Press 5.8.1
