Sitemap and broken links

    I have a few problems.

    1.Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.
    2.1 icons/ 403 10/12/14 – broken link
    3.Missing: author Missing: entry-title

    this is the third time i post with no solution, can someone please respond
