Problems inserting video

Hi there…

I’ve been trying to install a video into a page in the Highend theme. I am using the “Add Media” button in the editor. I have uploaded the video-it appears in the editor. When I preview the page it is a gray box that says “Download File”. I’ve tried uploading it using the URL and that doesn’t work either-that just shows the coding on the page.

I’ve uploaded the video as an .wmv and .mp4 file with the same result for each type.

I’ve tested the process by uploading an image using the “Add Media” feature and it works just fine.
