High End Home Page Scrolling Numbers

I purchased HighEnd theme and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get these scrolling number boxes set up.
Basically, they are number boxes that start at zero and their animation is counting up as the details build around it. I can’t find the element or module or code that is required for those boxes.
