Unable to increase "wp memory limit"

    I have read through the board and I believe I have followed all the steps by ensuring that the PHP.INI makes the memory available and changed the Wp-Config file to “128M” and completing with a “restore defaults”.

    Unfortunately is still shows 40mb…

    I would appreciate help, since iPage support is directing me to you.
