Cannot change Page Title Custom Image

Hi there,

On my pages, when I try to change my custom image under Page Title Advanced Settings, I get no result (and no error message either). I’ve attached screen shots in order, you’ll see that when I select an image, I get a blank screen and the image is not uploaded.

Any ideas?
