Logo Home Page, Not Displaying correctly

I posted a couple of days ago regarding this issue, can anyone tell me possibilities why this is happening? all the information is on my previous post regarding this issue, and Is there a way to compress things a bit as my site is running really slow and it takes forever to open, Thanks in advance!
