Theme not installing

    Hi I purchased the Highend Theme website address: http://www.clearskyimmigration.ca
    but none of the themes can be installed. I then purchased the option to get you to install for me. It worked for one of the themes but not any other ones. Can you please help solve the problem asap? Thank you.
