background image scrolls in Chrome

    This isn’t really a theme issue, but:

    In the Chrome browser, the background image scrolls, and doesn’t remain fixed, at http://www.bestbizofknoxville.com/

    In Firefox and IE, the image stays fixed, as it should.

    Is there some kind of fix for this? I could really use an answer for this, if there is one.
