How do I change sidebar text colour

Hi,

I’m trying to add a sidebar to my blog using the default page sidebar. However the default text colour is too dark to be visable on my background and can’t find any options to customise. I’d like to change the dark text colour for all widget to same colour as content text. Having done a quick search here I can see there is probably a css code for this – can you advise 🙂
