CSS codes

Dear support team,

I need the following CSS codes:

1. While hovering about the gallery items they change into a transparent black. They should just change into a transparent light grey.

2. While hovering about call out box, box becomes grey. That fine but the grey should me lighter.

3. While hovering about the blog pitures they change to a transparent black. They should just change to a transparent light grey as in 1. The read more tag of the blog items should change into a lighter grey (see 2).
