Theme causing issues with WooCommerce

Hi,

Thank you for a great theme. I have 2 issues that only seem to occur when Highend (v1.7) is applied to my shop.

1) When I change the “Country” dropdown on my Cart page and Checkout page, it doesn’t automatically refresh/callback the “State” field.

2) On the Cart page, when I select Country: “Australia” and click “Update Totals” the Shipping price adds the 10% tax rate. This is incorrect, as the 10% tax is already shown separately (“GST”).
