Can't turn off the Parallax Effect

I just started making a new web site but I can’t turn off the parallax effect on my rev slider named 3button.

Everything related to parallax seems turned off but it is still happening.

if you resolve the problem. can you also provide me a screenshot that shows where to turn it off
