Site messed up after someone else "helped"

Hello,
I built this site, but then someone else took over updates, etc., for a while. I am back in charge of the site and can’t get the content to all line up properly. Could you please take a quick look at the site and tell me which part of the content needs to be adjusted to bring it back to the original width? http://nwpenergy.com/ – I have also attached a jpg showing the issue, which also shows the footer section broken up (is set to three columns but not fitting)
Any help would be much appreciated – if I need to renew support, just let me know.
