Gravity Forms message section not functional in Notification setup, Conflict?

I am not able to create notifications in gravity forms because the message section does not allow me to enter anything, no values or any text as well, is this a theme conflict?
At first I thought it was because of the updates, however, I am current with updates of WP as well as Gravity Forms, the issue still lingers, Any suggestions? Thanks!
