Fullwidth video in the header

Hello!
I’d like to make my site looking like at one of your examples here (example 7 – Modern Portfolio)- http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/home-modern-portfolio/
Tell me, please, where in the theme settings form I can set viewing of my site like there?
I want to have a fullwidth video placed at the top of the home page and 3 collumns-portfolio under that video.
I have tried all settings, I think. But I have not could find this ones.
A picture viewing how site is looking rightnow is added…
Help me, please!
