Change the meta link and background post color?

I am trying to build my website and I am having issues dealing with the posts, (the picture below is just an example post) I would like to change the white background and the meta link colors but I am unsure where to go.I already have the setting for the color manager set to customizable but I am still unable to figure out how to change the color of the posts and meta.
