Images in Masonry not aligned / same size

I have tried to resize my images so they can look like or fit into the Masonry/grid equally, in a rectangular fashion and also be aligned but unfortunately it hasn’t worked.

I would like to know if there is a setting I need to adjust so the images align automatically and I don’t have to keep adjusting them.
