My anchor texts are invisible in Highend Theme!

Hello all

Can anyone help me with, what I’m sure is, an easy fix? Whenever I place a link in a text box on my site, the anchor text is always invisible until you hover over it. I’m pretty sure it’s because the link text color setting is white (same color as my background), however, I cannot see where I can amend this setting. Can someone put me out of my misery before I pull all my hair out?
