Team Members not showing

Any team member created in April are not showing when viewing the web site but if we are logged into our account I can see them on the web site. They are not set to private the code is [team_member_box count=”-1″ columns=”3″ category=”Southwest” orderby=”title” order=”ASC” excerpt_length=”15″] so every team member should show. We are running HB Child Theme and the main theme is version 3.4.9.2 WordPress 4.9.5
