How to add option in products highend theme

Im not sure if this is a woo questions or here but. how do i add options on products like the one on the demo.. for example if im selling a t shirt i want the buyer to have the option to choose what size and what color they want before adding to cart.. and also how do i get the product image to change when i point the mouse on a particular product?
