Checkout – Terms and Conditions Highend Theme

Hello,

I am having a few problems with my checkout page.
1. The Shipping Address title does not appear next to the checkbox. How do I add that title?

2. In the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” line there is a hyperlink that when you click it to goes back to the checkout form again in a different page. How do I prevent that from not happening again?
