Footer Menu Not Hyperlinked

I’ve had this occur once previously, but I just recently noticed it happening again.
My footer, which is setup to include hyperlinks, is not actually functioning.

My site is http://www.myconciergedesk.co – take note of the footer, privacy policy, as well as any of the links in the 3 columns area. I actually posted this same issue just a few weeks ago, and someone was able to help. I have not done anything with my site to make these changes.
