Import demo for High End main theme not working

Hi,

I tried to import the demo even though I had the following messages:

Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) : 30 seconds. Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 Seconds.
WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M memory limit should be at least 64MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information

I left it on overnight and this morning it still wasn’t completed, so I cancelled the import. Now my main page says “file not found”.

I am new to website building, and I’m not sure what to do from here.
