Adjust Image Frame Size

You guys do a great job of answering questions on this site.

I’m wondering if there is a way to adjust the image frame size? I’m putting a PNG format into the image frame but for some reason I can’t find any option to shrink it down. It’s so large that it’s pushing items below the bottom of the screen, when what I want is for them to be visible just underneath the image without anyone having to scroll.
