Sidebar on top on mobile devices

Hi there,

Now on mobile devices the sidebar is showing below the content. I want that the sidebar is showing above the content. How can I make that possible?

I need it because I’m using a product filter in a sidebar with Woocommerce. And showing the product filter below all the products on the shop-page doesn’t make any sense. I would be really pleased if it is possible to show the sidebar above the other content.
