Anchoring to an Image

Hello,
I am having difficulty getting anchors to work on a page I have. The page is digthismess.com/podcast and I have tried to set up an anchor on image using either id=”giveaways” or name=”giveaways” and then using #giveaways after the URL address. I am not having any luck. Is there something hard coded into the CSS that could be preventing this from working? Any help on getting the anchor link/image functionality working is HUGELY appreciated.
