Trying to install Highend Theme

Hi,
I bought this theme and trying to install but keep getting a popup window giving me only 2 options which you have to pay for. There is also a download button that drops down and gives you several zip files to download which i did. I am following the install documentation but when unzipping these files I do NOT see the HighendWP.zip file to install via WordPress. This is getting very frustrating. Can someone assist? thx
