Preview theme in maintenance mode?!

    I have set up the maintenance mode. Now I would like to start working on the theme and build my site. Is it possible to preview the site and at the same time to leave the coming soon mode for users to see. Or do I have to disable the maintenance mode, so that I can see the changes that I have done to my page.
