Front page to fit screen

    Hi,

    How do I make the homepage pic to fit just nicely into the screen (for both mobile and desktop). Currently, i need to scroll down to see full pic.

    Also, the header is missing although I’ve turned the Layout Settings > Header Widgets > Show widgets.
