Text on Image Banner Duplicates automatically

    The banner text is as follows:
    [title type=”fancy-h4″ color=”#000″ class=”hb-aligncenter” animation=”flip-x” animation_delay=”300″]YOUR[/title][title type=”fancy-h4″ color=”#000″ class=”hb-aligncenter” animation=”flip-x” animation_delay=”300″]NEED[/title]

    but every time the page is reloaded same text gets duplicated. and the two words become repeated
