Visual Composer Not Working

I cannot find my previous topic that was never resolved regarding Visual Composer missing from my Highend website. Bluehost has verified that Highend is showing as my current theme, yet the last instructions I was given was that Highend did not show as the primary theme and to download and reinstall the Highend theme. I do not know how to do this and paid the additional amount when purchasing the Highend theme to have the theme installed. Can someone please help with this so that I can continue to edit my website?
