Utilize more space in the body of page

Hi, I downloaded your theme and so far it has been excellent to work with.

How do I make it so the main body of content can take up more room on the page? Here is an example of where I want that to occur, on my business’s “our company” page.

Our Team

I would like to fit all four team members on the same “line” so-to-speak. If there was more space on the right or left then I think that would be possible.

Also, one more question.
How do I get rid of the area where it says “Home > Our Team”. I would like to remove that area for all my pages of the website.
