Turning Off Logo Resize in Sticky Header

It appears by default my logo resizes itself when I set the header to “sticky” when I’d like it to remain the same size. How can I change this so that logo size doesn’t change? Website is not published yet, however URL is http://www.borntofly.coach

If there’s a logical reason why the log resizes itself, that would be great to know for my education!
