Theme Messed Up My Home Page

For some reason the theme when I updated messed up my homepage. Also I am not able to update the WPBakery Visual Composer. Maybe this is the issue I do not know but can someone fix the theme so my customers so view the homepage I created. Attached are the screenshots of what my website looks in wordpress which is the correct way and what it looks to the public which is not the way it should look like please help
