Site Loading Issue

We recently migrated our site http://www.vision-logic.com/ to a dedicated server and ever since that change, the theme won’t load on a maximized screen. What I mean by that is when I try loading the site it just stays in the PRELOADER mode, but if I shrink the tab, I see it is loaded. I am able to identify this as a theme issue and it wasn’t happening with other default themes. Please help!
