Product images are not showing on the shop page

Product Images are not showing on the shop page. tried with all the plugins deactivated except woocommerce and it still did not work. I’m using the latest version of Woocommerce. I also tried Twenty Fifteen theme and the images DO show. i have updated all woocommerce files that were outdated in HB theme, since this update the catalogue is not working properly, the products picture are not showing
