Need to start over and use 1-click demo importer on WordPress

I bought your WordPress themes package and did a bunch of weird things trying to install a demo on my website but I don’t understand what I downloaded (whats a child framework?) and now I want to start everything over and have you folks help me just download what I need onto my laptop and set up a simple demo with the 1 click importer. It shouldn’t be this complicated.

Please help!
